Cancellation Policy

Due to the playschemes running on set numbers each day we can not offer refunds if you wish to cancel a session; however, if there is a space available on a different day then we will happily move the session to an alternative date for you.

Cre8 Playschemes also offers a waiting list for when the sessions become full. If this happens then we will offer your child's place to the next child on our waiting list and we will then give you a full refund.

Sessions booked with Cre8 Playschemes are not transferable to another child.
